Support the staffing function for all of the Wheels and Brakes strategic business units including international locations. Will work with and support the Talent Acquisition staff on day-to-day staffing/recruiting activity. This highly visible position will be an integral part of the talent management function. Position will be located in Troy Ohio. Duties for this position will include;
Coordinate/ handle scheduling of all candidate interviews, and travel arrangements, including coordination of internal interview teams.
Act as the interface between our temporary staffing provider and manager to facilitate the temp hiring process.
Participate in college recruiting program and coordinates both college and professional career fair schedules.
Entering position request forms into candidate management system.
Assist with candidate sourcing, job postings and advertising (including social media)
Maintenance of requisition records for compliance reporting.
Generation of recruitment reports and metrics for analysis of programs.
Assist with onboarding/orientation of new hires.
Assists HR department with other HR duties as assigned.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role supporting the staffing recruiting function for a multi-site organization.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fact paced environment.
Working knowledge of Candidate Management Systems.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal labor laws.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
High ability and willingness to learn new things.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Prefer experience in the aerospace industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field.
Must be able to verify U.S. Person Status as defined by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
