UTC Aerospace Systems is one of the world's largest suppliers of technologically advanced aerospace and defense products. UTC Aerospace Systems - SIS has an immediate need for an experienced Sr. Administrative Assistant at our Burnsville location supporting the Sr. Executive Administrative Assistant and the Executive Leadership team. In this role, the qualified candidate will be responsible for the following functions:
Manage the calendar for senior executives: balancing priorities against annual, quarterly and daily requirements.
Manage travel planning and coordination.
Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature.
Collect and prepare information for use in meetings of BU leadership team and other executives.
Event planning including support for large meetings, team off-sites, and large company-wide events.
Work on problems of diverse scope where both analysis of data and judgment is required.
Manages standard administrative functions such as travel arrangements and expense report preparations and tracking
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures.
Answers phone calls and emails triaging for executive attention.
The ideal candidate will have previous Sr. Executive Admin experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment along with excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. The candidate will also possess the following:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Advanced Outlook calendar management is critical.
Experience with event planning & coordination to include support for large meetings, off-sites, and company events.
Ability to flex schedule to meet business needs when needed.
AA/AS degree or other post high school training (two years duration).
A minimum of five (5) years experience as a Sr. Executive Admin experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment along with excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
