UTC Aerospace Systems is one of the world's largest suppliers of technologically advanced aerospace and defense products. We design, manufacture and service systems and components and provide integrated solutions for commercial, regional, business and military aircraft, helicopters and other platforms. Identify and communicate customer requirements and expectations.
Prepare quotations including price, delivery, commercial terms and technical details for inquires received.
Review, enter and acknowledge Purchase Orders and coordinate requirements with Demand Planning. Research and resolve issues, questions or problems that arise by communicating with customers and internal personnel.
Provide input and information for demand planning process. Assist Shared Services with Accounts Receivable issues.
Various reporting activities and other duties as required.
Education: AA/AS degree or 3-5 years related experience
Experience: Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills. Telephone etiquette skills. Ability to work independently. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, SAP experience preferred.
