Bachelor's degree required. Basic Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree required -1 year minimum work experience Preferred Qualifications: Candidate should have experience working with both ITAR and EAR licenses. Individual should have experience working directly with DDTC, Commerce and other licensing agencies. Individual must be able to review licenses and agreements and provide advice and guidance on applications prior to submission. Candidate should have experience working with OFAC, GC, etc. This role requires successful management of a broad range of responsibilities in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. In performing this role, the Principal Export/Import Compliance Analyst will: Provide advice and guidance on the preparation and submission of DDTC and Commerce license applications, Technical Assistance Agreements, Manufacturing License Agreements and Warehousing Distribution Agreements. Assist with guidance on the applicability of ITAR exemptions Work in collaboration with in-house attorneys and outside counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Track application status maintain database of granted export approvals, satisfy record-keeping requirements, and prepare required reports. Assist in maintaining up-to-date Export/Import Compliance Policies, Procedures and Manuals Strong writing and communication skills required. Knowledge of US import and export regulations. Understanding of Electronic license submission processes for both the Department of State and Department of Commerce Capability to deal with trade compliance programs in US manufacturing companies and manage challenges effectively with minimal to no supervision and guidance

All candidates should have substantial experience with the ITAR, EAR and Customs regulations and the ability to work in a complex and fast moving environment with multiple international partners and foreign nationals.
