Area of Expertise:
Design, development, and administration of Human Resource programs and related activities in Labor Relations, in support of the Wheels and Brakes site located in Troy, Ohio.
Area of Focus:
Work all aspects of Labor Relations in association with administration of collective bargaining agreement with United Auto Workers represented employees including:.
Collective Bargaining Agreement interpretation and administration
Job move processing
Providing advice and guidance to shop floor leadership
Administration of Performance Feedback Process
Corrective action and discipline administration
Provide HR support to Manufacturing Organization
Conduct employee engagement activities
Provide HR support to other departments as required
Work with other HR professionals to achieve company and organization goals
Level of Responsibility:
Responsible for entire projects with significant scope and complexity and decision-making authority
Contributes to the department or business unit by applying their knowledge of labor relations and Human Resource policy and practice as well as governmental regulations.
May develop and coach others
Has expert knowledge that extends across multiple disciplines in the area of Human Resources.
'Minimum Required Qualifications:
5 years experience in Human Resources
Must be able to verify U.S. Person Status as defined by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
3-5 years experience in labor relations
