The UTAS Fans Customer Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for managing all aspects of Fans Customer Service (CS) processes to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction & responsiveness and business performance ¿ Aerospace Customer service experience is a mandatory prerequisite for this position The CSM is responsible to create a hiring plan to allow these aspects of customer service to be in sourced by dedicated UTAS Fan employees Commercial Aftermarket Planning for Fan end items and Piece parts Commercial Fan Repair administration and management of Repair Admin Outsourced services Provisioning and Configuration Management Military After Market Contract and Repair Administration Technical Publications Management of Monthly repair margins Management of Rotables and Fleet Assets Management and reporting of TAT, CSL by major customer category Warranty Adjudication Negotiate Aftermarket Product Support Agreements with customers Ensure Fans pricing data is included in the UTAS Spares Parts Catalog Establish and publish Fan repair catalog pricing (i.e. standard pricing for NFF, minor, major repairs) Additionally the CSM is be responsible for managing and directing the Fans service engineering function along with managing the CS overhead budget, ensuring organizational compliance with the UTC Code of Ethics, Environmental Health & Safety policy, export regulations and other applicable policies and procedures.


Bachelors degree in engineering / business or other related field Masters degree/MBA preferred 5 plus years in Management role Knowledge of Aerospace Customer support requirements for UTAS Fans
